设备描述

The equipment is suitable for heating, sterilization, heat preservation and cooling of heat sensitive liquid such as fresh milk, fruit juice and wine.  

Control method: semi-automatic, full automatic (PLC control, touch screen display)  

Equipment main configuration: material pump, balance barrel, hot water system, temperature control and recorder, electrical control system, etc.  

working principle
The system adopts high temperature processing method, so that the liquid dairy products, tea drinks, fruit juice to achieve strict sterilization, and then transferred to aseptic packaging, sterilization temperature is 137℃, holding time is 3-5 seconds, so as to keep the original nutrition color and flavor of beverage, dairy products as far as possible.
