设备描述
Automatic bubble type cleaning machine adopts high pressure bubble water bath cleaning, supplemented by strong water flow, suitable for stem, leaf vegetables, mushrooms and Chinese herbal medicine and other materials cleaning, especially for wild vegetables and pickled vegetables cleaning, desalting, cleaning capacity, high cleaning rate and no damage to the material.  
working principle
Equipment is equipped with strong flow air dryer, through the high-pressure fan in the pool to produce bubbles, so that the pool water rolling, to achieve the purpose of product rolling.  The upper end of the equipment is equipped with high-pressure spray, the product rolls in the pool, bubble water bath and spiral cleaning through the action of water flow to drive the material in the water as a rotating forward, so that the inclusion of silt and other dirt separation, cleaning is through a certain pressure of water to wash the material, cleaning dirt and invasion of the skin bacteria.  The equipment is equipped with bubble generating device, so that the material rolling state, remove the product surface of agricultural residue.  Floating objects can overflow from the overflow mouth, sediment discharge, water bath after washing into the wool to clean the miscellaneous, in order to achieve the cleaning effect.
