设备描述
This series of equipment is used for hot filling production of green tea, black tea, oolong tea and fruit juice drinks.  The machine integrates punching bottle, filling and sealing.  Scientific and reasonable design, beautiful appearance, convenient operation and maintenance, high degree of automation, is a suitable production equipment for hot filling drinks.  
working principle
The machine is specially designed to transport and work PET bottles in the machine by the way of hanging the bottleneck, and the air conveyor equipped with the entrance can effectively solve the problem of not smooth operation because the bottle body is too thin or the bottle is deformed by the high temperature during thermal filling.

The main motor, reducer, main bearings, seals and electrical components, pneumatic components of the whole machine are made of world-famous products.
The parts in contact with the material are made of SUS304 stainless steel.
Adopt man-machine interface contact screen control /PLC computer control, inverter control and other advanced technology.
It can meet the technical requirements of hot filling below 95 degrees.
The whole machine adopts the design of card bottleneck suspension, and adopts filling valve lifting.
