Fruit vinegar is a kind of nutritious and delicious sour condiment brewed by modern biotechnology. It is mainly made of processed waste materials of fruits, including apple, hawthorn, grape, persimmon, pear, apricot, orange, kiwi, watermelon, dragon fruit and so on.  Fruit wine is a kind of alcohol fermented by yeast with the sugar of fruit itself, which contains the flavor and alcohol of fruit.  Scientific research has found that fruit vinegar and fruit wine have the function such as promoting metabolism, eliminating fatigue and inhibiting fat generally.  

The production line of fruit wine and fruit vinegar includes juice pre-treatment system, alcohol fermenter, sterilizer, filtration system, filling system and other equipment of original fruit.  This production line can also be used for blackberries, blueberries, strawberries and other fruits.
