The equipment adopts four layers of casing structure, using superhot water as heating medium to heat and sterilize the material, and then using cooling water or ice water to cool the sterilized material.  Heat exchange medium in the most two layers and the outermost tube flow, material in the middle of a layer of tube reverse flow, so as to ensure the maximum heat exchange area and efficiency, uniform temperature inside the material, the material is fully sterilized.  

The equipment consists of a material tank, a conveying pump, a tubular heat exchanger, a reholder, a superhot water system and a control system.  Regenerative heat exchange technology is adopted in the design of the equipment to improve heat transfer efficiency and save energy.  

Operating system adopts image man-machine dialogue operation interface, easy to intuitively grasp the running state of each component of the equipment at any time;  The control system can control, collect and store temperature in real time.
