Device description
The sandwich pot produced by our company includes tilting sandwich pot and vertical sandwich pot, which are usually composed of pot body and legs. The heating methods are steam heating and electric heating.  Tilting sandwich pot with stirring (cooking pot) is a double layer structure form composed of internal and external spherical pot body, the middle sandwich through steam heating or heat conduction oil.  There are fixed, tilting, stirring and other styles.  Widely used in seasoning, candy, pharmaceutical, dairy, wine, cakes, preserves, drinks, canned, stewed food processing, can also be used in large restaurants or canapes soup, cooking, stew, porridge, etc., food processing to improve the quality, shorten the time, improve the working conditions of the good equipment.  
working principle
The electric heating sandwich pot is mainly composed of a pot body and a bracket. The pot body is a double layer structure formed by the internal shape of the pot body, and the heat conduction oil or water is added to the middle sandwich.  Electric heating sandwich pot with 380V power as the heat source, the sandwich pot equipped with electric heating rod, electric heating couple and heat conduction oil (optional), the highest can reach 320 degrees, electric control box control, equipped with internal temperature control system.  The electric heating sandwich pot has the advantages of large heating area, uniform heating, high thermal efficiency, short liquid boiling time and easy control of heating temperature.
